KS2 Sports Day

The hottest day in a decade and our KS2 children braved the heat to take part in their sports day. We had activities set up on the three school playgrounds and the children were split into four teams per class to work their way around course. We had skipping, throwing, bench step ups, obstacle courses. The children worked really well as a team and showed great support and encouragement for their team mates. They had regular water breaks and coped extremely well given the heat they were facing.
