Voice in a Million

On Thursday 3rd of March 2016 the 25 members of Porters Grange choir travelled by coach to Wembley Arena to participate in the Voice in a Million Concert, accompanied by Mrs Baines, Mrs Shipley and Miss Lander. Once we arrived we were directed to our seats in the auditorium, where we rehearsed along with hundreds of children from other schools. After a break for tea, we changed into our VIAM t-shirts and awaited the start of the concert with excitement and anticipation.

The concert was an amazing experience - we performed the music and actions to a number of songs including: Heroes, Hold back the river, Hold my hand. I believe I can fly and Roar.

We travelled back by coach, arriving back in Southend at midnight having had a fantastic day.
