Southend Music Festival

On 14th June, thirty members of the Porters Grange choir took part in a mass performance with choirs and orchestras from other local schools at the Cliffs Pavilion.

This year's theme was 'Songs from the Movies', including 'On My Way', 'Summer Holiday', 'Mr Blue Skye' and 'I'm a Believer'. Highlights of the performance were the actions to 'Flash Bang Wallop' and watching the audience attempt the handclaps to 'Eidelweiss'.

A tremendous well done to the choir for learning the words and actions to all the songs and performing them with such enjoyment and enthusiasm - you were a real credit to Porters Grange!
