Borough Sports

On Tuesday 21st June 56 pupils from years 3-6 took part in the Borough Sports Athletics competition at Garons athletics track. All the pupils that took part were fantastic and they all looked brilliant in our new athletics vests. Having talked to the pupils afterwards, they all said what a great morning they had and how much they enjoyed being a part of the school team. I was really proud of every single pupil for not only the way in which they competed and tried their hardest but also for the way they conducted themselves during competition and when supporting others. I would like to say a special congratulations to Grace Bower (Year 3), Riley Michaels (Year 6) and Lewan Jasmine (Year 4) who won their events and have now qualified for the ‘Super Stars’ competition on 6th July. Well done to all those that competed on the day wherever you came-you are all super stars!
