Frankie & Benny's visit

On Monday 27th June 2016, many year 6 children went on an educational visit to Frankie and Benny’s. This was a lovely trip where we made pizzas and learnt all the company’s history. It was a great experience because it taught us life skills that we may use later in life. We now know how to prepare a pizza.

When we arrived, we were seated and told all about Frankie and Benny’s history, which we needed to remember for later. Then we washed our hands and started to put toppings on our pizza. Children and adults all had the choice of many different toppings.

While our pizzas were baking in the oven we all got a drink to enjoy with our teachers. Once we had all eaten our pizzas we had a quiz all about Frankie and Benny’s. There were two teams; the red team and the blue team. After the quiz we all took a picture with the pizza chef then made our way home.

We all enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back!
