Ancient Greeks Workshop

Today, Year 6 was transported into the golden age of the Ancient Greeks! They had a remarkable time learning about the gods and goddesses, as well as performing Greek myths as plays in front of their friends. Steve Harrington brought many real-life artefacts: swords, spears, shields, helmets and theatrical masks. Mr Harrington, an expert from Portals to the Past, and the teachers of Porters Grange gave a massive contribution to make this day a brilliant success! Due to this, our pupils thoroughly enjoyed the entire day.
