Hadleigh Roundhouse

On Thursday 7th June the Year 3 children went on an exciting trip to Hadleigh Roundhouse. We had lots of fun and took part in many exciting activities. We looked at an archaeological dig site and had lots of fun looking for hidden treasures and artefacts. We made clay pots using original tools and materials. Inside the roundhouse was fascinating, it was filled with wonderful artefacts. We all had a laugh when Mr Adeyemi was dressed up as Iron Age warrior. Later on, the children were able to join warrior school and learnt how to sling balls using animal skins. They also took part in sword handling and shield defence classes. We had an amazing, fun filled day.
