Children in Need - Bring and Buy sale

What a successful event! Here at Porters Grange, everyone did their bit for charity and raised lots of money for Children in Need. This worthwhile cause helps millions of children from around the world and we were very proud to join in.

The School Council and children from across the school discussed many interesting and exciting ideas on how to raise money. Ultimately the children decided they wanted to organise a ‘bring and buy’ sale. Selling on unwanted toys, games and books is a good way to recycle and reduce waste – things we feel very strongly about at Porters Grange.

Due to the dedication and hard work of the School Council members and the generosity of parents and staff, we raised a massive £556.31 for Children in Need. Well done to everyone involved!
