European Day of Languages 2022

On Monday 26th September, the European Day of Languages, we celebrated 5 languages on the playground at lunch and at break with a pop-up taster challenge in Russian, Polish, Dutch, German and Italian. Students were rewarded with badges and stickers for their efforts. Many (but not all) who took part are seen in the photo. Mr Morris also launched the European Day of Languages T shirt design competition, and is looking forward to entries from year two upwards, your design to represent the languages of Europe, in as simple but creative way as possible.
