Mince Pie Making

Children, with their parents, at Porters Grange Primary School have begun their run up to Christmas with special mince pie making sessions. These events were the brainchild of David Milman, the school chef, to complement the school’s design and technology curriculum. Both David, with his assistant Sam, gave up their time to organise and run the sessions. Debbie Henley, School Principal, said, ‘I’m so grateful to David and Pabulum Catering for supporting us in getting our Christmas festivities off to a flying start!’
