Year 5 & 6 Football Tournament

On Friday year 5 and 6 footballers set out to represent the school at the Len Forge Centre. Boys from Octopus, Stingray, Swordfish and Sea Turtle donned Porters Grange colours and played a series of matches. Whilst they may not of won them all they were victorious twice and held two opponents to draws. In all there were five different goal scorers with Oliver taking the Porter’s golden boot with four goals to his name. Other scorers were Lucas, Ashley, Clinton and Ruslan. All of the boys played with vim and vigour with their positional play improving throughout the day and they were complimented on their sportsmanship. Well done to the team for their sterling performance.
